Do you accept personal checks?
Sorry we don't.
This is due to the fact that additional bank charges may be incurred.
Electronic checks are always welcome through PayPal.

How do I pay for my order?
Honeybee Spa accepts PayPal payments for all orders.
Payment is expected no longer than 5 days after purchasing.

If payment is not received by 5 days after you commit to
purchasing our inventory, your order will be canceled.

Do you wholesale?
No, we do not wholesale our products.

Does Honeybee Spa have a printed catalog?
No, we do not offer a printed catalog at this time.
Our website is always up to date with the current products and fragrances we offer.


Shipping:

We ship all purchases by United States Postal Service Mail.

All of our items are made fresh to order and we strive to ship
all orders 2-3 business days after payment is received.

We ship all orders Monday - Friday (Excluding Holidays)

USPS Priority Mail will arrive 2 - 3 business days after your order is shipped.

USPS First Class and Parcel Post Mail will arrive 2 - 9 days after shipment
depending on your location.

We do not ship internationally.


Returns/Replacements:

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us via e-mail through our onsite contact button and we will review and process a replacement. Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
